Elliott Kanter, ESQ

Attorney Elliott Kanter has nearly 40 years combined experience in the practice of law and conflict resolution.  As a civil litigation and criminal defense attorney, he has represented clients in a wide variety of complex legal matters.  Elliott understands the nuances each case brings and he has the skills and proven track record to resolve these matters.  It’s this experience that has convinced Elliott of the power of conflict resolution.  The legal system is adversarial.  Parties enter the courtroom “prepared to do battle.”  Elliott believes that cooperative negotiation is more likely to produce favorable results.
